About Rick

I began my professional life in the engineering and construction industries. With that background and experience the move into real estate was a natural one, starting on the commercial side in Connecticut.

I’ve been involved with Charlotte’s growth as a Realtor since returning to the area in 1991. With experience that includes New Home and REO sales & marketing and having been in the business long enough to weather three recessions I understand that you have to be a student of the business in order to look out for your clients’ best interests and thrive in any market.

After 30 “plus” years in the industry, my career path has taken a new and exciting turn. While I still help past clients and friends with their real estate needs.
